Join Tony Harvey, 6x Australian BMX Champion and experienced BMX coach, at Cross Keys BMX Track, Adelaide, on Saturday 17 October 2026 for a day of BMX race coaching.
With four age-group clinics to choose from, you’ll work on the skills that help you ride with more confidence and get faster on the track. Each 90-minute session focuses on practical coaching you can put into action straight away, with a maximum of 12 per session.
We’ll cover gate starts, first straight speed, track technique, race lines and race strategy, with coaching tailored to your age group. Whether you’re building your foundations or sharpening your racing, come ready to ride, learn and improve.

- Clinic 1 — 8–9 years: 9am–10:30am
- Clinic 2 — 10–11 years: 11am–12:30pm
- Clinic 3 — 12–14 years: 1pm–2:30pm
- Clinic 4 — 14+ years: 3pm–4:30pm
