Cancellation policy
HRVfit — Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work across our different purchase types: subscriptions, one-off physical products, digital programs, coaching/services, and pre-orders/payment plans. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1) Subscriptions (program access, memberships, recurring plans)

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.

How to cancel: Cancel anytime via My Account → Subscriptions or email

Cut-off for next cycle: Cancel before your renewal date/time to avoid the next charge.

Refunds after renewal: To the extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. You’ll keep access until the end of the paid period.

Failed payments: We may retry your card and pause access until payment is resolved.
2) One-off physical products (gear, apparel, equipment)

Change-of-mind cancellation (pre-dispatch): If your order hasn’t shipped, email hrvfitness@gmail.com
with your order number. We’ll cancel and refund in full to your original payment method.

After dispatch: We can’t cancel once it’s with the carrier. You may return under our Returns & Refunds Policy (change-of-mind window, conditions apply).

Faulty/incorrect items: You’re protected by the ACL—contact us and we’ll repair, replace or refund as required.
3) Digital programs & downloads (PDFs, videos, app access)

Instant access: Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, change-of-mind cancellations aren’t available.

Access problems or misdescription: If a file is defective, inaccessible or not as described, we’ll fix access, replace it, or refund in line with the ACL.

Trials/guarantees: If a product includes a trial or specific guarantee, those terms apply in addition to the ACL.
4) Coaching, sessions, courses & services

Rescheduling: Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Late cancellations/no-shows: Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed may be charged in full.

Multi-week programs: You can cancel before the program starts for a refund (minus any clearly noted non-refundable admin/processing fees). Once underway, fees are generally non-refundable except as required under the ACL.

Service issues: If a service isn’t delivered with due care and skill or isn’t fit for purpose, we’ll re-deliver or refund as the ACL requires.
5) Pre-orders & backorders

Before we ship: You can cancel a pre-order anytime before dispatch for a full refund.

ETAs: Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If timelines materially change, we’ll email you—choose to keep, split-ship (fees may apply) or cancel for a refund.

After dispatch: Normal return rules apply (see Returns & Refunds Policy).
6) Payment plans & instalments (where offered)

Commitment: Payment plans split the total into instalments. By starting a plan, you agree to pay all scheduled instalments.

Cancellations:

Before fulfilment (physical) or before access (digital/service): you may cancel; we’ll refund paid instalments minus any clearly disclosed non-refundable fees.

After fulfilment/access begins: cancellations stop future deliveries but don’t automatically refund prior instalments, except as required by the ACL.

Failed instalments: We may pause access/dispatch until payment is resolved.
7) How to request a cancellation

If applicable, we’ll confirm status (pre-dispatch vs dispatched) and next steps.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We’ll process within 3–5 business days (your bank may take longer to post).
8) Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
You’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major failures, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. For services, you’re entitled to remedies if they’re not provided with due care and skill or fit for purpose. These rights apply in addition to our policy.
