HRVfit — Shipping Policy

We ship fast, pack with care and keep you updated the whole way. This page covers processing times, delivery options, tracking, international orders and what to do if something goes wrong.

Quick summary

  • Dispatch: {{same/next}} business day for in-stock items (orders placed before {{12:00 pm AET}}).

  • Carriers: Australia Post (standard/express) and trusted couriers.

  • Tracking: Emailed to you on dispatch.

  • International: We ship worldwide; duties/taxes may apply at delivery.

  • Pre-orders: Ship when stock lands (dates shown on product pages).


1) Processing & dispatch

  • In-stock items: We pack orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off ship the next business day.

  • Weekends & public holidays: Orders ship the next business day.

  • Pre-orders / backorders: Estimated ship dates appear on the product page and in your confirmation email. If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship together when everything is ready unless you choose split shipping at checkout (extra charges may apply).

2) Delivery options (Australia)

  • Standard Parcel: {{3–8}} business days to most metro areas.

  • Express Parcel: {{1–3}} business days to most metro areas.

  • Remote/regional: Please allow a few extra days.

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Yes, for Australia Post services.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you select ATL, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place. This counts as delivery. If you’d prefer a signature on delivery, select that option (fees may apply).

Timeframes are estimates from our carriers. Weather, peak periods and unforeseen delays can affect delivery.

3) Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Live rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.

  • Free AU shipping threshold: {{e.g., Orders $99+ (standard) — Australia only}}.

  • Bulky items may attract a surcharge; we’ll show this at checkout before you pay.

4) International shipping

  • We ship to most countries via tracked international services.

  • Delivery estimates: {{6–14}} business days (country-dependent).

  • Duties & taxes: Unless stated otherwise, international orders are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Local import duties, taxes and clearance fees are paid by you on arrival.

  • We can’t mark orders as “gift” or under-declare values—sorry!

5) Tracking your order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

  • Didn’t get the email? Check your spam/junk or contact us at

6) Address changes & delivery issues

  • Entered the wrong address? Email us ASAP at hrvfitness@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it’s already with the carrier, we’ll request a redirect where possible (fees may apply and success isn’t guaranteed).

  • Missed delivery / Return to Sender: If a parcel returns because it wasn’t collected or the address was incorrect, we can reship (reship fee applies) or refund minus original shipping and any return charges.

7) Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

  • Delayed: If tracking hasn’t moved for {{7}} business days (AU) or {{14}} business days (international), contact us and we’ll lodge an inquiry.

  • Lost: Once the carrier confirms loss, we’ll replace or refund your order.

  • Damaged on arrival: Please email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days so we can sort a replacement or refund.

8) Split shipments

  • Large or mixed orders may ship in multiple parcels. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel. No extra cost unless you request split shipping for a pre-order.

9) Shipping restrictions

  • We don’t ship hazardous/dangerous goods.

  • Some items may be restricted by carrier or destination rules—we’ll flag this at checkout.

10) Click & collect (if applicable)

  • Click & collect: {{Not currently offered / Available at: {{address}}. Ready within {{timeframe}}. Bring your ID and order confirmation.}}

11) Holiday & peak periods

  • During peak times (e.g., November–December sales), dispatch and delivery can take longer. We’ll post cut-off dates each season—order early to avoid delays.

12) Billing & currency

  • All prices are AUD and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
