Junior Development 10-12 - This program is a great introduction for riders over 10 years old. It’s designed to introduce young riders to exercise, balance, fitness and mobility. The program includes a 6 week BMX tailored exercise program, built from a mix of different bodyweight exercises. The program also includes a 6-week BMX sprint program, designed to build pedalling speed and efficiency. This is a great intro program for young riders.

Once completed, lets talk about taking the next step to the Team of Champions!!
