Speed Athlete 16+ - This program is a great introduction for riders over 16 with a little bit of weight training experience. It’s designed to build speed and power and improve your hill times. The program includes a 6-week BMX specific strength program, a combination of weight training and body weight exercises. It also includes a 6-week BMX sprint program, designed to build both acceleration and top-end leg speed. This is a great introduction to an elite style training program, once completed the 6 weeks, let's talk about taking the next step, taking on the Speed Method!
