The Future 13+

The Future 13+ This program is a great introduction for riders over 13 with a small amount of training experience. It’s designed to build speed, power and improve your hill times. The program includes a 6 week exercise program that combines  a series of different body weight exercises. These exercises will improve balance, mobility, flexibility and teach these young athletes the basics in a sports specific training program. It also includes a 6-week sprint program designed to build both acceleration and top-end leg speed. This is a great intro program, once completed, lets talk about taking the next step to the Team of Champions!!
